Summer of Sustainability: Art in the Park II

Overview

Building on the success of Art in the Park I, Art in the Park II brings even more creativity, nature, and community spirit across four local parks with a special focus on sustainability. Events now span Plashet Park, Central Park, Ashburton Wood/Custom House Bookshop, and Beckton Parks, making it easier for local families to join in.

Activities include:

  • Teddy Bear Picnic for babies and toddlers

  • Nature-based art workshops for children, led by artist Matt Ponting

  • Tree Trail Walks for adults, led by botanist Dr Clare Woodward
