Why run a Summer of Sustainability?

Culture Within Newham’s programme is shaped by Newham residents. One of the groups we work with is a Children’s Board, and who highlighted sustainability as one of the most important things to them. We have also seen a lot of brilliant community-led projects themed around sustainability, so we created the Summer of Sustainability to celebrate creativity and sustainability in our area!
