Culture Within Newham is the Creative People & Places programme for Newham, funded by Arts Council England. We are a transformative, community-led programme unleashing diverse cultural and creative opportunities for everyone across Newham.
This role is for a facilitator to work with our Children’s Board to co-create the programme and brand for a one-day summer event. The Creative Facilitator will work alongside the children from October 2025 to July 2026.
What is the Children’s Board?
Culture Within Newham launched a Children’s Board in September 2024 and after a successful pilot, we will be working with three new schools this coming year.
The Children’s Board gives children the chance to decide what creative and fun things happen in Newham. Our vision? Helping children get involved in exciting events near where they live, and supporting Newham’s future artists and creative leaders.
