Thanks to everyone who made it down to Jamboree in the Park! Open to all, this family-friendly event in partnership with Learning Stages was a free party in the park with sustainability-themed performances and activities, as well as food stalls and more.

People took part in workshops by local facilitators, making their own coasters with Laura Furner, trying out eco film processing with Will De Ritter, making music with recycled objects with University of East London lecturer Yumi Hara, and more!

There were fantastic performances from Lucky Pigeons Circus, Borneo Again, Back YardPan, Why Beavers Build Dams, a junior performance from Newham Music, Drum Works AND Giant Bubbles.

Plus, our attendees looked fresh as a daisy with Mendi from Inner Peace Henna and face painting for the little ones.

Check out the entire programme, alongside photos of the event, on the Jamboree in the Park project page.
